Effective with the fall 2006 semester, electronic bills (eBills) will replace all paper bills for Penn State students. Paper bills no longer will be mailed. eBills will be available at http://www.elion.psu.edu/ online. Online payment options include eCheck (electronic check) and Mastercard or Discover. Students also can print out a paper voucher to mail in with a check or money order.

The Bursar's Office can answer any questions regarding the financial status of your student account. All tuition payments, scholarships, and Stafford loan checks can be processed in the Bursar's Office. Refunds can be requested if a student has excess financial aid.
