Allies
This group serves as a support group for students who are lesbian, gay or bisexual and their friends. Activities and meetings are held throughout the semester. Everyone is welcome to join.

Association of Residence Hall Students (A.R.H.S.)
This organization is the governing board for the Residence Halls and also provides activities for Residence Hall students.

Business Society
The Business Society is interested in all aspects of the business environment and leadership.  The purpose of this society is to increase our awareness of business-related issues, enhance the education experience and facilitate networking of students with similar interests.

Chorus
The chorus provides musical opportunities for all interested students. Various programs are presented throughout the year.

Hazleton's Dance Team
Participate in Competitive Dance, Latin Dance, Break Dance and Step Dance style dance teams.

Hazleton Christian Fellowship  (HCF)
This group provides opportunities for Christian students to participate in Bible study and other exciting activities.

Hazleton's Elite Lion Programmers - HELP
This association organizes the majority of the social and entertainment activities held on campus.  Its members are club presidents and student programmers.  HELP is in charge of Spring Week Programming and the annual semi-formal.

Highacres Collegian
This student-run campus newspaper provides opportunities for students interested in contributing to a publication for the students, by students.

The Martial Arts Clubs is dedicated to preserving, practicing and teaching all forms of martial arts.  Students of all abilities are welcome.

Rotaract is the collegiate affiliate of Rotary International and performs numerous acts of volunteerism throughout the year.

This group presents mocktail events and other events aimed at preventing the use of alcohol and other drugs.

THON
Hazleton's branch of the Penn State Dance Marathon Committee.  Holds events and fund raises to support families dealing with pediatric cancer.  In 2007 the overall THON committee raised 6.6 million dollars.

Film Club
The Film Club provides students an opportunity to interact, collaborate and utilize advanced equipment to create professional quality media.  All phases of film-making including creative process, pre-production, filming footage, editing and post-production will be introduced.
