Candlelight memorial scheduled for Wednesday
We remember Joe Paterno
A candlelight vigil in memory of Joe Paterno will be held at 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 25, at Penn State Hazleton.
Area alumni, friends and community members are invited to participate as student and alumni group leaders pay tribute to the iconic Penn State football coach who died Sunday. The event will be held at the Nittany Lion statue in front of the Administration Building. Candles will be supplied.
Attendees are asked to wear white for a “white out.”
