NEW SAT Review Course -The SAT is changing!

The entering class of 2017 will be the first cohort in which most students take the redesigned SAT.  Penn State Hazleton offers high school students a seven week-session, grade-free course to prepare students for the new SAT testing.  Practice all of the skills you'll need for the new SAT  

SAT Prep Course

4 parts: Reading, Writing and Language, Math and Optional SAT Essay

Course Dates:

  Tuesday/Thursday - March 15 - April 28, 2016

  Time:  5:00 - 7:00 p.m.

  Course Fee:  $299.oo (includes books/materials)

Reading and Writing:  Learn and practice the different kinds of Reading and Writing passages found on the new SAT

Math:                           Learn and practice all of the different math skills on the new SAT

Learn about the new SAT and get tips for preparing for the test.


  • Course materials are practical and relevant for the revised SAT beginning March, 2016
  • Students are given homework assignments between classes
  • Sample SAT exams are given as practice tests

Refund Policy

Due to demand for courses and camps, advance payment for registration is required no later than one (1) week prior to the first class.  Space cannot be held without payment. Cancellations must be received at least three (3) working days prior to the first day of class, or the student will be responsible for the fee.  The University reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.
